DTDC Courier Tracking

  1. First, you need to get your AWB/ Consignment Number or reference number readily available from the receipt.
  2. Go to the online website of dtdc for tracking the shipment www.dtdc.com.
    In the page, you will find a tracking option now click on it.
  3. You have a reference number or AWB/ Consignment Number select the first button, or if you have a reference number, then you need to select the second button.
  4. You need to enter your AWB/ Consignment Number or reference number in the box given and then click on enter option.
  5. The tracked information will be provided to you instantly.

Online Tracking

The most common and fastest way to track Blue Dart status is to enter AWB/ Consignment Number / Reference Number in the above form and click on Track Courier Status button. This will display the current status of shipped package. Users who do not want to use above option, can always use dtdc's official website dtdc.com.

E-Tracker

DTDC E-Tracker is an online utility which enables back-to-back tracking integration between DTDC and the client. This is mainly useful for E-enabled customers, whose backend system is equipped enough to integrate at system level.

System can be integrated through Web services, HTTP Request or secured FTP integration. This solution provides the incremental consignment status in periodic manner based on configuration.

Apart from the system level integration, this solution can provide the periodic consignment status to the customer in CSV file format via email.

SMS Tracker

DTDC SMS Tracker is a SMS-based solution wherein our customer can avail multiple services just by sending the predefined keywords to a designated mobile number. Services such as Consignment Tracking (Domestic & International), Pin-code serviceability and City serviceability are provided through SMS Tracker:

To Track your Shipment Type 'TRACK Consignment Number' and send SMS to 9230092300 (Example: TRACK B22399923).

To Check pin-code, Type 'PIN Pin Code' and send SMS to 9230092300 (Example: PIN 700019).

To Check Serviceable City, Type 'CITY City Name' and send SMS to 9230092300 (Example: CITY Agra).

To find current shipment status by Waybill Number, send mail to customersupport@dtdc.com with Waybill Number in Subject field or email body text.
For tracking consignment package by Reference / Order Number, send mail to customersupport@dtdc.com with Reference / Order Number in Subject field.
DTDC customers can also get automated email upon successful delivery of courier package. Just send mail to customersupport@dtdc.com with Waybill Number in Subject field.
